Using LotGauge

LotGauge is a vehicle-search and budgeting information service. You may use it only for lawful personal or business purposes and may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape the service at abusive scale, misuse account credentials or interfere with other users.

Estimates are not offers

Payment, tax, insurance, trade-in, registration, dealer-fee and total-monthly figures are estimates based on information you provide and assumptions shown in the product. They are not a financing approval, insurance quote, purchase offer, appraisal, tax advice or guarantee of final transaction terms.

A dealer, lender, insurer or government agency may calculate charges differently. Verify all amounts before making a purchase decision.

Vehicle listings and history

LotGauge searches public inventory and tries to verify exact vehicle pages, VINs, seller locations and disclosed history information. Inventory changes quickly. A vehicle can sell, move, change price or become unavailable after LotGauge verifies it.

Title, accident and dealer-history signals are based on public information available to LotGauge and may be incomplete. LotGauge is not a substitute for an independent vehicle-history report, title check, inspection, test drive or professional evaluation.

Third-party sites

Dealer, marketplace, lender, payment and other external sites are operated by third parties. LotGauge does not control their content, availability, pricing, privacy practices, warranties or transaction terms. Your dealings with those parties are between you and them.

Free and paid plans

Plan features, search limits, pricing and billing periods are shown in LotGauge before purchase. Free plans may be supported by advertising. Paid plans are intended to remain ad-free while the paid subscription is active.

Subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless canceled. You can manage an active paid subscription from My Plan. Cancellation stops future renewal but generally does not create a refund for time already purchased except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify LotGauge through Help & feedback if you believe your account has been compromised.

AI and human support

LotGauge may use automated AI systems to answer support questions. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as financial, legal, insurance, tax or vehicle-purchase advice. You can request human support from the support interface when available.

Service availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, data sources or integrations as the product evolves. We may also restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or maintenance.

Disclaimers and limitation

LotGauge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every qualifying vehicle will be found, that every external link will remain live, or that third-party data is complete or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, LotGauge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses arising from a vehicle purchase, financing decision, third-party listing, external site or reliance on an estimate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
